FirstMark is dedicated to providing all patients access to PREvent. FirstMark offers out of network, third-party reimbursement for insured patients. Our reimbursement service will work directly with insurance companies to arrange coverage. We will also work with patients for costs that are not reimbursed by insurance. Our commitment to allow all patients access extends to non-insured patients. Regardless of insurance coverage, no patient will be obligated to pay more than $150 for the test, as provided through our 90-day prompt payment program.
